Return & Exchange Policy

A product once sold can be exchanged or returned only if there is any manufacturing defect or it is received in physically damaged condition or it is different from what was ordered. Any such issue needs to be informed by email within 24 hours of receipt of product.

Customized Jewellery which includes personalized/engraved products manufactured/ordered in line with specific instructions from Customer is not eligible for return or exchange.

The product needs to be returned in original condition with tag and box/pouch along with the Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice. Customer needs to ensure that the product is packed properly before handing over to courier.

Once returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review it.

Any item that show signs of wear or has been altered by third-party jeweller, resized or damaged cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

If accepted by Trikanya, the exchange amount will be 100% of actual amount paid for the product.

We are NOT liable for Custom / Import duty or any other charges from buyer’s country.

In case value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product.

In case of a refund on exchange, payment of the balance refund amount shall be made by way of a bank transfer to the customer’s account within 20 days of receipt of product or the amount will be given as credit on the next purchase, whichever is agreed between us and the buyer.

If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair/replace the product for charges to be determined on a case to case basis.

Return or exchange will be processed only if:
-it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
-the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
