Our forefathers were among the leading jewellers in Dhaka in the 18th century. We were among the first artisans to work with Hamilton & Co. – the first British Jeweller to set shop in India back in 1808.
In early 19 th century The Maharaja of Burdwan took note of our exquisite craftsmanship and invited us to shift base to Kolkata and be the prime supplier of jewellery to the Royal family.
We opened our first branch in Delhi in 1972. Carrying on the legacy of generations, Sital Chandra Roy & Co. have been adding the magical sparkle of Diamond, Gold and Platinum jewellery to the lives of the connoisseur for the last 48 years. Ever since our inception the focus has been on perfection.
Starting off as the main supplier to some of the top Jewellery showrooms of Delhi we rapidly established a reputation for absolute reliability and exquisite craftsmanship. Subsequently we ventured into exports 36 years back and achieved remarkable success in the highly quality conscious and trendy European markets. We now have customers across Europe, Middle East and Far East. With word of our quality and workmanship travelling across India and abroad, we continue to craft exclusive jewellery with enchanting, unique designs that adorn the aristocrats of the modern world.
We ventured into Retail Sales with our showroom “Trikanya Jewellers” in Central Market, Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi. With years of experience in sourcing certified precious stones and in-house designing and manufacturing, we are best placed to offer our customers top quality designer jewellery at the best possible price. All our jewellery is made from gold and gems with national and international certification.
